Dewatering Process
The dewatering process of the Integrated Sludge Deep Dewatering Equipment of Zhengzhou Guoyan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is divided into chemical flocculation modification, preliminary concentration of sludge, chemical and shear wall breaking, and deep pressure filtration dewatering. The detailed technological process is as follows:
(1) The appropriate flocculant mixture is prepared in the fully automatic conditioner and medicine cabinet according to the sewage concentration.
(2) The sludge with a water content of 96-98% is transported to the conditioning tank through the sludge pump, and the metering screw measures the flocculant mixture in the medicine tank into the conditioning tank and stirs evenly. The flocculant produces a compressed electric double layer, which makes the suspended particles in the sludge mixture lose stability, and the colloidal particles agglomerate to increase the particles to form flocs.
(3) The modified sludge enters the sludge concentrator, the floc is separated from the filtrate, the filtrate is returned to the sewage treatment system, the floc adds sludge modifier, chemical conditioning and mechanical shear of sludge, change the water binding mode in sludge, the combination of water in the sludge converts the “bound water” in the sludge into “free water”, releases the water in the EPS (extracellular polymer), breaks the cell body, and releases the intracellular water.
(4) The concentrated and modified sludge enters sludge depth dewatering equipment up and down two tension filter, through a series of regularly arranged rollers, the sludge is pressed and shearing force is produced by relying on the tension of the filter belt itself, and the water in the sludge layer is extruded out, so as to realize the deep dewatering of the sludge and obtain the sludge with water content below 60%.
